The caravan is situated on Landscove Holiday Park in Brixham . The caravan is a new model (2017) and it benefits from double glazing and gas central heating in all rooms. So you can be nice and warm any time of the year. There is a bathroom with a walk in shower and a separate toilet . It also has decking (10ft on the front) with patio furniture and lots of space to relax and enjoy the sun. We supply bedlinen and there is a hand and bath towel for each guest . Also included is a welcome tray which consists of a box of tea, jar of coffee, fresh pint of milk and a box of biscuits and a bottle of wine.

The caravan is located next to Berry Head which is a coastal headland with breathtaking views across Torbay. It is also a national nature reserve and a local nature reserve. There are amazing coastal walks with in short distance from the caravan. There are also great spots for fishing and Brixham harbour and town centre is only a short distance away.
