Property information

St Anne's is one of Torquay's grand old Victorian villas that has survived the years, in tact, in a fabulous condition for 21st century. It sits behind high stone walls and surrounded by 3 1/2 acres of gardens which are lovingly tended by a permanent gardener. The grand Victorian heritage of the property has not held it back from being transformed into a home for 21st century with all the amenities modern visitors would expect. It is just minutes away from beaches, the marina and Torquay town.

Neighbourhood information

The Meadfoot location is one of the most desirable areas of Torquay. Just a short distance from the town centre and harbour it has a unique feel with lots of villas, leafy streets and access to a lovely beach. Ilsham Road just a 10 minute walk from St Anne's. Here visitors can find a pub, delicatessen, cafes, bistro, beauty spas, florist, newsagent, mini supermarket and much much more. Just beyond this shopping area is the world famous Kent's Cavern which once upon a time was home to bears, tigers as well as northern Europe's earliest humans. A short walk from the house guests will find themselves at Meadfoot Bay where there are a number of beaches one of which has a beach cafe and a variety of water sports.
