St Katherines is an exquisite Victorian red brick villa, a typical example of the construction during Llandudno's prosperous Victorian era. Situated in a serene but sought-after location in this favourite North Wales coastal town, it is within a short walk to the two fabulous beaches, the Victorian pier, the promenade, a 9-hole golf course at the North Wales Golf Club - approx. 1 mile away - and a dry ski slope. This expansive four-bedroom house can accommodate up to eight people. All the bedrooms are situated on the first floor; two of which are king size bed, one with an ensuite bathroom room, There is then one other double room, and the fourth bedroom has twin beds with an ensuite shower room (which can be merged into a double bed if needed, via ). Additionally, there is an extra family bathroom (bath and separate shower) on the upper floor. On the ground floor is a large, fully equipped kitchen that leads out to a south-facing terrace and garden. The living room in front of the house faces out to the garden, while at the back is a dining room, game room/lounge, and a second shower room with a secure storage area for bikes. The front garden has a terrace with a view of the coast and hills, and the rear courtyard captures the afternoon sun. Facilities include a dishwasher; washing machine; range cooker; fridge-freezer, TV and DVD player. There is garden furniture available for your use and off-road parking for up to 3 cars. Bed linen and towels are supplied, and the property is dog-friendly and allows up to 2 well behaved dogs.

Llandudno is a coastal town in north Wales. It’s known for North Shore Beach and 19th-century Llandudno Pier, with shops and a games arcade. Northwest of town, the cliffs of Great Orme headland jut into the sea. Ancient tunnels lead to a cavern at Great Orme Mines. A 1902 tramway has an upper and lower section, and travels to the headland’s summit. To the east, smaller headland Little Orme is a nature reserve. There are good road links to and from Llandudno, as well as seasonal public transport routes for tourists, and good local taxi firms. The nearest train station is Llandudno Junction railway station (Cyffordd Llandudno), a station serving the village of Llandudno Junction on the Crewe to Holyhead North Wales Coast Line, which is served by both Transport for Wales Rail and Avanti West Coast. North Wales is easily reached by car with the Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) just a 15-minute drive away, and access to many of the historic castles of the North Wales coast are all within a short distance of Llandudno, making this a wonderful base to immerse yourself in the region.
