We are Clifton Short Lets, an independent Bristol business who manage 5 shared properties in the Clifton area. We are a friendly, responsive team who endeavour to provide a stress-free, enjoyable stay for all of our guests, and cater for individual needs wherever possible. Our team are quick to respond to enquiries and messages, and our dedicated maintenance team and out-of-hours contact point ensure a smooth guest experience.

We offer budget-friendly, flexible shared-house style accommodation in the great location of Clifton, a short walk to the city centre and harbourside and with easy transport links to other areas of the city. All rooms are fully furnished, with shared bathrooms and our prices are inclusive of all bills, including WiFi. We cater for a range of people, from students to working professionals, with stays ranging from a week to several months.

Situated near the Clifton Triangle, our townhouse is in the perfect location whether your trip is for business, education or leisure. The harbourside and city centre are just a 15 minute walk away and there are convenient and regular buses to Temple Meads station. A short stroll down St Paul's Road will take you past the University buildings and on to the beautiful Clifton Village, home of lovely independent shops and restaurants.
