This traditional barn conversion with lots of character features is situated on a farm and so you have plenty of outside space to roam about. There is a private garden and patio area where you can sit out and enjoy the wonderful scenery around you. The cottage is just on the edge of the village of Bryncir in North Wales. It is a quiet village but perfectly placed to explore the North Wales area due to its easy access to the A487, giving you access to Caernarfon, Bangor, Llandudno and then South towards Porthmadog, Harlech and Barmouth. There is a small livestock market in the village as well as the all-important pub. A 10-minute drive from the cottage will take you to the beautiful beaches of Criccieth and a 5-minute drive in the opposite direction will bring you to the rugged mountains of Snowdonia. The famous Portmeirion village is also only a 15-minute drive. Plenty of cycling to do nearby as Lon Eifion, a green cycleway which takes you all the way up to Caernarfon and beyond to the north of the cottage. It follows a disused railway line and traffic-free so great for family bike rides if you have little ones in the mix. If you are looking for adventure, there is plenty to be had with mountain biking, climbing, canyoning, golf, fishing, pony trekking and sailing nearby. The bigger attractions like ZipWorld - but it is safe to say that whatever the weather, there is something for all the family to enjoy.
