Stag Lodge is a delightful, detached lodge situated within a tranquil holiday park near the parish village of Catterick in North Yorkshire, merely 3.8 miles away. The Lodge is idyllic during summer and winter months alike.....especially when the sun shines or the snow falls (the lodge is well insulated and has gas central heating). Ideal for a small family of 5 or group of four, Stag Lodge offers a superb base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales National Park, nestled in the Swaledale valley. The lodge features two sought-after off-road parking spots. Upon arrival, guests can unwind on the sunny front deck. Inside, the lodge boasts a cozy sitting room with neutral decor and plush seating, complete with a flat screen TV for family movie nights. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area. There are lots of takeaway/delivery places in Catterick, including a Chip Shop, Indian, Pizza and more. Richmond and Northallerton are lovely to visit. There are also lots of walks or cycling if you bring a bike. The master bedroom features a double bed with ample closet space, and an en-suite shower room. A second double room offers access to a family bathroom with both a bath and shower. Thank you for your co-operation in looking after the lodge. My name is Nicola and I am married with two children and now also blessed with grandchildren. We recently started to rent out our lovely lodge and decided very early on that we were not going to increase our prices during school holidays, as we can fully appreciate the difficulties in renting places for families, at this time and how most put up their prices.
