Spacious modern flat with that is a short walk from the centre of Cheltenham (c.10 mins). The balcony looks out on to Cleeve Hill and into Cheltenham. The flat is furnished to a high standard with a 43 inch TV and wifi. Cutlery and cooking utensils are available to be used in the open plan kitchen. They are various events throughout the year to be enjoyed in Cheltenham, which include The Festival at the Racecourse, which takes place during the middle of March each year. There are also numerous other festivals, such as: Jazz, Literature, Food and Drink, which take place in the Montpellier area of the town.
The flat is located within in a block of flats. The block is quiet and people keep themselves to themselves - please respect their privacy and keep the noise to a minimum when entering and exiting the flat.
