Stunning, brand new, well laid out, beautifully presented. Quiet and peaceful with al fresco dining on the decking. Home from home comforts, totally private with your own front door. The property is in the Salvington area of Worthing not Findon at this site suggests. We are just south of the A27 and our property is clearly signed from the main road with a private drive. The decking area is south facing and a glorious way to have an cool drink and relax. The floors have underfloor heating and all rooms are set to whatever you prefer. Otherwise 20 degrees. We do strongly advise you to contact us before you make a booking and pay just to be 100% sure the accommodation is still available on that period.

We are Jacquie and Alan both in our 70's and semi retired. We live in the main part of the bungalow. Jacquie was in retail and Alan in music marketing but since the pandemic we have switched to writing and publishing books (our own). It's fun, challenging and therapeutic and non-profit making because we haven't figured out how to catch the target markets yet. We enjoy dining well, watching period dramas on TV and enjoying our house and garden and finding challenging ways to enhance the pleasure of it. We do not have pets, or children and the house and area is always tranquil. We recently had a inspection/valuation for insurance purposes and we were informed our estate was totally unique, beautifully designed and built (the annexe that is) with the latest modern building techniques and safety features.

Studio Annie lies in ahighly sought after residential area. Large estates in a leafy area with all the facilities you want at hand. TESCO is only just over a mile away with a local shopping parade (Post office, supermarket, fish and chips bar, Lloyds Chemist) just a few minutes stroll down the lane. There is a David Lloyd fitness centre with swimming pool, tennis and gym near Tesco. And, also a few minutes walk away is Park View Pub which serves good food and drink, highly recommended also with beer garden. We are within walking distance of the South Downs for hiking and trekking. Perfectly situated for biking and walking. Beach is just 2 miles south with surfing and kiting to enjoy. Worthing also has the oldest cinema in the UK to enjoy new films. Arundel castle is just a ten minute drive from us, Chichester (great for culture and shoppiing) 25 mins away. We are on two bus routes so even without a car you can easily get into town or other areas.
