We kindly ask you to follow our house rules and to leave our home in the same condition as you found it. HOUSERULES Person responsible of the booking must be at least 18 years of age. No smoking inside. You may smoke outside the building – remove cigarette butts. Please carry your shoes all the way upstairs & leave it outside the Studio. Please keep quiet from 11 pm to 8 am. No parties. This is a family orientated building. Cleaning fee charged in your booking also includes linen and towels. Bed linen we leave nice and folded on your bed.
