My partner and I purchased this property for long weekends away from the City after we spontaneously visited for a romantic weekend during Valentines' weekend 2014. We immediately fell in love with Hastings and St Leonard's and were very lucky to find a flat in Pelham Crescent when we started our property search. It is a newly renovated apartment as of winter 2014, in the Grade II Listed building. It is full of character and perfect for a seaside visit. Given the age of the building, it is not a brand new modern flat with all the luxuries of a five star hotel, but it has been newly refurbished and has a brand new fitted kitchen and all mod cons and comfy furniture.

Hastings Old Town and St Leonard's The Old Town is the gem of Hastings, full of stunning architecture, history and culture. There are lots of boutique restaurants and shops in George Street and the Old Town, perfect for those who love shopping, dining and generally enjoying the sea air. There is a great art, music and and food scene and the Hastings community love to get together and host great events all year around.
