It has a great location with quick access to Derby's best restaurants, bars and Derbion shopping centre. The apartment is literally stunning. Spacious living area including a double sofa bed. Sony 55inch smart TV with home entertainment system. 4 seater extendable dining table and chairs. Solid oak kitchen units with granite worktops. Good sized master bedroom with built in mirrored wardrobe. En suite bathroom with shower. Main bathroom comes with a bathtub and shower plus a large mirror. Second bedroom with a double bed. Property comes with access to Wfi. Ironing and laundry facilities. Check in times from 3pm-9pm. Check out times 6am-11am.
