Property information

Our beautiful house is situated on a quiet street in the heart of picturesque Topsham, has its own parking space and is a short walk from shops, pubs and estuary. The Grade II listed Regency townhouse is the perfect escape! Books, games, piano, open fire, cinema room, games room (half-sized snooker/table tennis, board games) on four floors. Sleeps 6, with a king size bed and a single in the main bedroom, a single bedroom at the top of the stairs, through which you have to walk to get to the other large bedroom which can be a king or twin bed. Great for car-free trips, the historical city of Exeter and sandy beaches of Exmouth are 15 minutes away by train.

Neighbourhood information

The centre of Topsham is just a 2 minute walk from the door, with a variety of lovely shops, busy pubs and restaurants. The river side is a 5 minute walk and you can walk along and enjoy the views in either direction. The is a station 10 minutes walk away that will take you directly to Exmouth, Exeter or beyond.
