I have recently renovated my beautiful cotswold cottage, taking inspiration from rustic French farmhouses and Moroccan riads, and filling it with eclectic old pieces of furniture and art I have picked up on my travels.
I grew up in the village and now live half the time there and half the time in London, so I can give lots of tips for places to visit, eat and explore.
The cottage can sleep up to 6 people.
I grew up in the Cotswolds, then moved to London where I have lived for 20 years, moving around the city until feeling at home in Hackney, an area which I love.
I work in film and television as a freelance producer so I move jobs a lot and am often away with work.
When in the UK, I split my time between Hackney and the Cotswolds, taking great pleasure from the variety that both places bring: east end food and flower markets, to country pubs and walks.
I love entertaining, and both my London flat and country cottage are designed for hosting dinners and guests. So if you do come to stay in either, please do make the most of them and throw a dinner or two while you're there.
Kineton is a fantastic village with a one of the country's best pubs, The Halfway at Kineton, just opposite the cottage. This has been voted as having 'the best pie in England' by The Times, and is in the Michelin good food guide. Also in the village is the Cotswold Farm Park which is often featured on BBC's Countryfile. There are endless walks, pubs and local attractions to go to, or you can simply sit and relax in front of the fire.
