This lovely 1-bed apartment is on the ground floor of what was a private school. Converted around 1929, the impressive building is an addition to the next door Manor House with accesses up a private drive and parking outside the flats. It's a peaceful and quiet location, perfect as a base for walking trips to the Malvern Hills, under 10 minutes walk to the High Street, Malvern Theatres, cinema, excellent restaurants, boutique shops, very close to Malvern College, the train station and the Common.
I grew up in Whitstable and live in Malvern, they're lovely towns - come and take a look! I live in the same building so am often around but we're unlikely to meet unless you need me. I run my own business (a coworking space called bloom.space which has offices nearby) and work a lot with startups in the UK and Asia, particularly Japan.
The drive up to Hatley Court passes the Mews Houses, which used to be part of the St James' Court Manor House estate, and are now private homes. As you arrive you'll drive past the northern entrance of Hatley Court (use this to access the apartment) and then round to the southern entrance, St James' Court and the car park with views over towards the Cotswolds.
