It is full of the amenities that will make your stay awesome including some tea and coffee to get you going.

Property information

A modern three-bed new build property with lots of space and free parking on the driveway. There is free high-speed Wi-Fi and a desk and chair to work on your laptop. Two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a sofabed allow seven guests to sleep in this property. The two double beds are Zip & Link beds, which mean they can be split into two singles. We'll contact you before your stay commences to get your required bed configuration. There is a family bathroom, a downstairs toilet and one en-suite bathroom. For relaxing, there are a spacious living room, spacious dining room/kitchen and a lovely garden to the rear of the property. Free parking on the driveway or on the street is available. Preston, Blackpool and Lytham are all close by or if you want to stay in the village there are plenty of locals pubs, restaurants and a kids park. All of our properties require signed terms & conditions, ID and a deposit.

Neighbourhood information

The property is set in the idyllic semi-rural village of Freckleton. There are many walks, pubs and leisure activities locally. Good public transport links and a good road network means getting to Lytham, Blackpool & Preston is easy. You can get a train in Preston or Kirkham. The southern Lake District is within an hours drive.
