Property information

Small but perfectly formed one bedroom apartment in central Lancaster - ideal for a couple working at the hospital or who just want to explore our historical city! Can sleep up to 6 guests - one double bedroom and 2 x double sofa beds in the living area. Please let us know in advance if there are more than 2 guests, so we can provide additional bedding. Handily located on Ashton Rd- this beautiful Victorian building is set back in its own grounds with a main secured front entrance.

Neighbourhood information

Set just outside the city center, this apartment is a peaceful hidden gem only 10 minutes walk from the hospitable and 15 minute walk from the shops, you will still be central enough to enjoy the surrounding areas. Booths supermarket in the Scotforth area is again only a 10 minute stroll, alongside the newly renovated pub Boot and Shoe, with its lovely beer garden - perfect to sit out on those long summer nights. Close links to the motorway and bus routes to and from the University and the city center.
