Sun House, a cottage over three floors, consists of a kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, and kettle, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with dining seating for six, a sitting room with corner sofa, armchair, woodburning stove, and smart TV and projector, and a snug. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, two doubles, and second-floor twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and heated towel rail and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a courtyard with bench and roadside parking. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. The stunning Whinlatter Forest Park, near Keswick is a haven for mountain bikers and walkers and the Go Ape high wire adventure course is ideal for the more adventurous.
