A beautifully renovated Grade 2 listed 1800’s detached fisherman’s house with harbour views.The property is centrally located, 10 mins walk to the Abbey & beach & 2 mins to the harbour.
The property has 3 bedrooms, a charming separate terrace and enclosed private garden. The property is full of character with all the comforts of home. It has been renovated and decorated to a high standard with a comfortable living area with log burner, flat screen smart TV and modern fully fitted kitchen.
The property overlooks the harbour and is 5 minutes walk from the centre with all the local shops and amenities.
