Swallow cottage is tastefully decorated to a high standard and is located only four miles from the Lincolnshire coast and only 8 miles from the market town of Louth, with 3 acres of land and a well stocked fishing lake we boast peace and tranquility in unspoilt surroundings With just under 2 Acres of land there is ample room for an afternoon stroll around the grounds with "man's best friend" at your side or take your binoculars to spot the many varied varieties of resident birds in the area

Enjoy the peace and tranquility in your rural retreat, the nearest neighbour being 500yds away Recommended local restaurants, cafes or places to go out: - The Axe and Cleaver does very good pub grub in North Somercoates - Chinese takeaway - Italian and Kebab shop in the village Nearest grocery shops & pharmacy: - Boots, Eastgate Louth town center - CO-OP Manby Although we are not on the main bus route there is a "call collect" facility that is run by the local authority which is reasonable, alternative there are local taxi's in Mablethorpe, Louth or North Summercoates.
