«Accommodation only, no drink facilities provided. Luckily, we took our own. Superb location and very high spec fixtures and fittings. Bed was a disappointment, the big room could have taken a better king size bed with a better quality mattress.»

Five Stylish and modernised apartments housed in a beautiful 3 x storey listed building right in the centre of the popular town of Bawtry .Two of the apartments are on the ground floor with separate entrances , separate entrance to two on the first floor and a single apartment on the second floor . All apartments have oven hob,microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Washer and drier for longer Stays. 50” TVs in living room area and bedrooms .The property has recently been modernised and refurbished to a high standard. The owners have vast experiences in the hospitality, retail businesses and property development.

The very popular China Rose,Ziniz restaurants and the crown hotel a stone throws away, other pubs, restaurants and retailers including Sainsbury’s , a chemist , hair and beauty salons, men’s and ladies fashion are only a short walk away . Ideal for guests attending weddings, functions at Bawtry Hall and the Crown Hotel and visits to Doncaster racecourse .Bawtry town centre has great amenities for all age groups and is situated ideally for walks in the surrounding countryside with the River Idle within a 5 minute walk , a day at Doncaster races , visits to other towns and city’s, Retford,Doncaster, Gainsborough and Sheffield are a short drive away .
