It is not just a room in a house you have access to 4 PRIVATE SPACES all on the ground floor Bedroom which opens onto the garden. Walk-in shower room. Your own dining room. Your own living room / TV lounge. Plus the garden. Other than sharing our kitchen you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It is ideal for tourists, business travellers and guests with reduced mobility. SELF-SERVICE BREAKFAST INCLUDED - Fruit, pastries , toast, cereal, tea and coffee FREE WIFI AND OFF ROAD PARKING IN WELL LIT STREET. The room is a lovely, light, modern, quiet and private room on the ground floor, ideal for any guests with reduced mobility. A patio door opens straight onto the garden which has a fishpond. It has its own private walk-in-shower, toilet and sink. All towels, linen, soap etc, included. The kitchen has 2 micro-wave ovens to make snacks and hot drinks, and use of all the usual kitchen utensils. Sorry, there is no cooking using gas. Please use the dining room to eat. Unfortunately, we don't provide food for guests with allergies or specific dietary requirements - but please bring your own products.

THE TITANIC TOWN OF CROSBY. Please message us if you have any questions about travel or tourism. Our home is only 10-15 minute walk to Waterloo and Crosby/Blundellsands train stations. From our house you can walk to : The Plaza Community Cinema, the cheapest in Liverpool. South Road, Waterloo - International restaurants and bars. Enter Crosby Coastal Park overlooking 2 lakes. On the beach is "ANOTHER PLACE ” by Anthony Gormly. It is 100 cast iron statues spaced along 3 km of beach. They are photographer’s dream, especially at sunset or sunrise. GETTING AROUND By bus to Liverpool takes about 40-50 minutes. Waterloo and Crosby train stations, 17 mins by train and your in Liverpool City Centre. Taxis are cheap in Liverpool, 20-25 minutes and the service is great. By train: Southport 35 mins. Chester 50 mins. Manchester 40 mins.
