The cottage is two 17th century houses combined to create a family holiday home sleeping six which offers privacy and a truly secluded Cotswold escape. The well renowned Falkland Arms and Quince and Clover café are a stone's throw from your front door and you can enjoy a country stroll to Soho Farmhouse. It is our policy not to take bookings for single sex group celebrations, which includes Stag and Hen nights, or groups where the majority are under 25 years. Please note that additional guests above the maximum capacity are not permitted. 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog/s and you will be sent a request for the additional fee. Please note a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable up to 60 days of arrival when your remaining balance payment is due.
