«Situated on the edge of the village very close to Kentwell home. Very cosy and welcoming little annexe, lots tea choices, milk and chocolates on arrival plus dog treats. Enclosed courtyard great for our dog, would definitely stay here again.»

The Annexe is modern, light & airy with a comfortable double bedroom with TV, hanging rail & dressing table, bathroom with sink, toilet, rainfall shower & a heated towel rail. A small living area with TV, sofa & dining table for two, kitchenette with electric oven & hob, microwave & fridge. There are usb sockets in the bedroom & kitchen & free WiFi. To the rear is an enclosed patio area with table & chairs & an outside power point. There is an allocated parking space at the front of the property. We welcome dogs but please advise us if you intend to bring your dog as we provide a little doggie hamper, we also ask that you do not leave your pet alone in the property
Hello we are Will & Michelle your hosts, we live on site next door to the Annexe, we have lived here for 3.5 years & started our Air B&B business in may 2025, we have a 5yr old Labrador called Roxy & 3 cats. we both work full time but our Air B&B is what we love doing the most. In our spare time Will enjoys fishing while I love gardening. We aim to provide you with a quiet, clean, comfortable place to relax & enjoy your stay. we look forward to reading your reviews.
We are situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Long Melford. A short walk away you'll find Kentwell Hall & Melford Hall. There are some fabulous pubs, restaurants, shops & some quaint little tearooms. In our welcome folder you will find a list of local pubs/restaurants including some great takeaways plus some lovely walks in our area.
