The Avenue is a newly refurbished, luxurious 3-bedroom property, just two minutes from the beach and town. With a spacious, enclosed garden and a panoramic view of the breathtaking Mourne Mountains - this is the perfect location to discover our beautiful area of County Down and all it has to offer.

Guests will have 2 numbers myself and my daughter Kate,contact myself first if you need any advice or assistance

Merrion ave is a quiet residential area,and the bustling town is just a few minutes walk,we have, aside from the obvious scenic attractions a great variety of shops ,restaurants and coffee shops.Online delivery from local Tesco is convenient and there are 2 other supermarkets Gated parking onsite ,is an added bonus as the town can get quite busy particularly at weekends ,and a walk is particularly beautiful along the promenade.We have several local taxis and an excellent bus service ,again 3 minutes walk from your venue .Newcastle has recently acquired a bike shop,offering bike tours and electric bikes;this unit is located at the end of the promenade
