The Penthouse is located in the heart of Plymouth's historical Barbican, perfectly placed to enjoy all Plymouth has to offer. The apartment spans two floors, offering 3 guest rooms including a master, complete with en-suite shower room, a large king room and a double room. Featuring a beautiful light and airy open plan living/dining area which leads onto a private terrace overlooking the Barbican Marina. The kitchen comes with integrated appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The family bathroom includes a bath and overhead shower. The Barbican is the heart of the city's heritage with some of the oldest buildings and a number of historical stories, a vibrant place to stroll the cobbled streets. Over 200 listed buildings, many of them to be Tudor and Jacobean. The Barbican offers an array of boutique shops, art galleries, traditional pubs, cosmopolitan bars, cafes and restaurants set amidst the picturesque scenery. The Hoe, just a couple minutes walk from the property, has breathtaking views across Plymouth Sound and no trip to Plymouth is complete without a visit.
