LICENSED SHORT TERM LET PROPERTY
Upon check out, please ensure you take all of your personal items with you as regrettably, any left items to be posted back to you will incur a £10.00 administration fee plus cost of postage. Lost items will be disposed of one week after your departure date inclusive.
All rubbish/recycling must be removed from the apartment before/at departure. Regrettably, non-conformity will incur an administration charge of £20.00 deducted from the security deposit.
Please ensure you do not lose the property keys or lock yourself out of the property. A replacement key fee of £10.00 will be charged in the event of lost keys and a call out charge of £40.00 will be applied if it is necessary for a member of staff to retrieve keys or replace them.
Maximum number of two guests staying at the property must not be exceeded.
Please be advised that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can only be accessed by stairs.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to £200 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
