The Bothy is a cosy holiday cottage with views over open countryside, situated next to the owner’s farmhouse, a mile from the pretty village of Lowick. This cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off road parking and an enclosed front, gravelled area with furniture and barbecue. The Bothy is a wonderful holiday base for a romantic retreat. The impressive Alnwick Castle and Gardens and the beautiful vast sandy beaches of the Heritage Coast are all within an easy drive.
