This is a newly built spacious self contained unit with king size bed, en-suite bathroom, sofa and dining area including fridge, toaster and microwave oven. The unit has its own front door with off road car parking directly in front. Self check in is by a key code door lock. We provide all linen and towels plus tea, coffee, cereals bread and milk. Northam is ideally located for access to the beach, Bideford, Barnstaple and the coastal path.
We have been hosting B&B here since April 2025 and achieved an average 9.2 score from 25 reviews. The Annexe is ideal for those wanting more privacy, being totally self contained.
Many guests remark on the peaceful area and the comfort of the beds!
