The property boasts two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bedrooms give guests the choice of sleeping arrangements and are both very comfortable to relax in after a day exploring. Along side the bedrooms you will find the fitted modern shower room with a light and airy feel. To the other end of the property is the large open plan living/dining/kitchen to enjoy. Outside, the property has a lawned garden and patio area for guests use with seating. The small village of Codnor is close to the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire border and is situated a few miles from Ripley and within reach of the Peak District National Park. A short walk away from the accommodation is the village pub which serves wonderful food, and nearby Ripley has a larger selection of pubs, as well as shops, supermarkets and a post office. Crich, the home of the National Tramway Museum is close by as is Matlock and Matlock Bath, which also offers a range of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions including Gulliver’s Kingdom.
