We live across the courtyard and are always on hand should you need assistance. We keep chickens and provide fresh eggs for all our guests. We also have horses, dogs and cats but they stay on our property so if you don't like animals you don't have to interact with them.

The Carriage House is very close to four wedding venues. The Norman's is five minutes by car. Woolas Barn is ten minutes by car. Hornington Manor and Priory Cottages are 15 minutes by car. The MacArthur Glen Designer Outlet is ten minutes and York City Centre is only 5 miles away. Bilbrough is a quiet and peaceful village which is very safe for children. There is a friendly village pub that serves good food.
