We live across the courtyard so are on hand should you need us.

The Carriage House is a beautiful Victorian barn conversion in the village of Bilbrough which is set amidst open countryside yet only five miles from York. We are about a mile from The Norman's wedding venue. Apartment Two has been newly decorated. There is a great village pub in the nearby village of Askham Bryan and plenty of beautiful walks or cycle routes. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, eggs and jam (for advance bookings, we regret that these items might not be available on occasions for last minute bookings). There is also an honesty hamper with wine, beer, soft drinks, biscuits, crisps and chocolate - you just pay for what you use. Pets are welcome by PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY. Please note that there is a additional cleaning fee if you bring a pet. Cash preferred please.
