Please note a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable up to 60 days of arrival when your remaining balance payment is due. It is the policy of this property not to take bookings for groups where the majority of guests are under the age of 25, or single-sex group celebrations, including stag/hen parties. 3 well-behaved dog/s are welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog/s and you will be sent a request for the additional fee. Please take care when outside as the stone steps in the garden are uneven and can be slippery in wet weather. Horses are kept in the stables and paddocks around Coppice House. Please keep all gates shut and do not feed the horses.

Sitting at the foot of Bredon Hill, Ashton under Hill is a picturesque Cotswold village.
