Brought up in Yorkshire and later living and working in London for IBM, I later relocated to Derbyshire – setting up a successful business and non-profit, alongside directing and consulting others on their own businesses. Corner House is situated directly on New Whittington’s High Street. You will find an array of shops and takeaways just a short walk away. Chesterfield town is around 2 miles away, 6 minutes by car. There you will find shops, train station and bus links, extensive markets, the famous crooked spire, and numerous excellent bars/ restaurants. Being just a short distance away from the Derbyshire Peak District countryside, there is so much to do, see and explore in this area, with some of the finest country stately homes in England to visit such as Chatsworth, Hardwick Hall and Haddon Hall. Corner House is the perfect place to unwind after your sightseeing and walks with your family or friends.
