BRAND NEW FOR 2025!
Set within 17 acres of peaceful countryside, The Cotswold Barn is a newly renovated retreat built from iconic honey-coloured Cotswold stone. This beautiful hideaway combines timeless rural charm with contemporary luxury — the perfect base for exploring the North Cotswolds. Nearby villages include Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold, and Chipping Campden, with Stratford-upon-Avon and Shipston-on-Stour only a short drive away.
Sleeping 8–10 guests across four stylish bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms and king-sized beds), The Cotswold Barn sits on a private 2-acre plot and welcomes dogs, making it ideal for families and friends seeking a peaceful countryside escape.
Inside, guests can unwind beside the wood-burning stove or gather in the open-plan living area with its 50-inch TV and expansive bi-fold doors opening to sun-drenched terraces. Enjoy panoramic 360° views of rolling Gloucestershire and Warwickshire hills - perfect for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or evening barbecues under the stars.
Designed by Laura, an interior designer, the barn’s interiors blend rustic elegance and modern sophistication. Expect exposed beams, heated stone floors, and mood lighting throughout. At its heart is a stunning Olive & Barr kitchen featuring a handcrafted hardwood island and quartz worktops - a true social hub for cooking and entertaining.
Step outside and explore scenic walking trails straight from your door, leading to charming local pubs and villages. A short drive takes you to Bourton-on-the-Water, Burford, or Broadway, where you can browse boutiques, galleries, and enjoy traditional cream teas.
Lovingly restored and thoughtfully styled, The Cotswold Barn offers everything you need for a luxurious, relaxing stay - where classic Cotswold beauty meets modern comfort.
Meet Your Hosts
Your hosts, Jacqui and Mick, have lived in this beautiful corner of the Cotswolds for over 20 years. After welcoming countless friends and family who never wanted to leave, they decided to lovingly transform their old barn into a luxurious countryside retreat, now known as The Cotswold Barn. Their vision was to create a place where guests could enjoy the same peace, comfort, and Cotswold charm that have made this their forever home.
Jacqui and Mick live on the estate with their two friendly dogs, Darcy, a playful black Labrador, and Millie, a spirited Jack Russell Terrier — as well as their three daughters who grew up exploring the fields and woodlands nearby. Deeply rooted in the local community, they’re passionate about sharing the area’s beauty, from the best country walks and dog-friendly pubs to hidden gems known only to locals.
Every detail of The Cotswold Barn has been carefully designed, and overseen by Jacqui and Mick - from the handcrafted interiors and Olive & Barr hand built kitchen to the tranquil terraces and gardens overlooking the surrounding hills. The result is a stylish yet welcoming haven that feels both luxurious and homely.
They’re always close by if guests need assistance or local recommendations, but they also value giving visitors complete privacy and space to unwind. Warm, genuine hospitality is at the heart of everything they do.
With its dog-friendly policy, panoramic countryside views, and authentic Cotswold warmth, The Cotswold Barn offers a stay that truly feels like coming home.
