Situato nel villaggio di Dartington, tra il Parco Nazionale di Dartmoor e la spettacolare costa del South Devon, il Cott Inn è attivo fin dal 1300. Una delle più antiche locande con il tetto di paglia della Gran Bretagna, la locanda dispone di moderne camere con bagno privato al piano superiore e di un'atmosfera rustica da pub al piano inferiore. Ogni camera è dotata di TV Freeview e Wi-Fi gratuito e presenta soffitti con travi in legno originali. Le camere, luminose e ariose, sono arredate in stile boutique e dispongono tutte di articoli da toeletta gratuiti e set per la preparazione di tè e caffè. Il Cott Inn dispone di un pittoresco giardino con posti a sedere all'aperto, circondato da alberi e arbusti. Ogni domenica al bar viene suonata musica dal vivo e gli ospiti possono gustare una vasta gamma di drink e specialità gastronomiche del giorno, preparate con prodotti locali. A solo un miglio da Totnes e dal castello di Totnes, il Cott Inn dista 8 km dal Dainton Park Golf Club e 20 minuti di auto da Torquay.
