Property information

The Cottage is a barn conversion completed in 2025. It is built from natural stone from the local quarry at Grinshill, and retains many of the originals beams and character. It is located on a working farm which offers fantastic views across to Cheshire and Snowdonia. Just off the A49, it is conveniently located for Shrewsbury, Whitchurch and Ellesmere. Corbet Wood and The Shropshire Way are accessible straight from the front door.

Clive is a charming village with an attractive church, community hub (open for drinks), and stunning walks in Corbet Wood and The Shropshire Way. The nearest pubs and shops are three miles away.
