Hi. My name Karen and I'm the host at The Cottage. I've been here for since 2018 and love running my B&B. I take great pride in it and provide nothing less than i expect when in Accommodation I stay in myself. I'm always happy to answer any question guest have. I strive to accommodate people's needs if its possible to insure guests have a relaxed pleasant stay.

The Cottage is a small well maintained accommodation that is perfect for the over night traveller. All rooms are light and airy for your comfort. Tea and Coffee will be provided for you as well as Hairdryers, Towels. Shower Gel, Shampoo and conditioner. Each room has free WiFi and a Smart TV. We operate a late check in system for those guests who wish to book in for late arrivals. A light Breakfast of cereal and toast is provided for guest at no extra charge. Guests also have access to a microwave if they wish to use it. We are situated within 0.3 miles of the Airport. FREE OVERNIGHT during your stay is available and must be pre booked before arriving. We also offer additional parking whilst you are away if required and this is charged for at a competitive rate. This can be arranged by calling The Cottage direct or Messaging/email through your Booking where we are happy to help. As part of this service Your car is then returned to you at the airport on your return. All drivers are fully insured. Airport Transfers to the Airport can be pre organised for you and are charged for. Unfortunately they are unable to offer pick up from the Airport.

The Cottage is a 10 - 15 minute walk from the Airport( Please be advised to walk via A38 and not as Google will tell you via past The Hilton Hotel to Downside Road). Located in Walking distance of The Cottage is a local pub that serve hot meals 6-9. Most pubs do not serve meals Sunday evenings. There are several other very nice pubs in the local area but this would require a car or local taxi to get to. Please be aware that even though The Cottage is situated by Bristol Airport this is still Green Belt. There aren't any shops in walking distance other than a shop at the Airport which is a 10min walk, so I would recommend purchasing what you feel you would need before arriving, especially if you are not driving. The nearest supermarket is approximately 8 miles away. There are several local Petrol Station/Shops on the A38. I'm happy for guests to order takeaway food and I have several menu's available for guests. I do ask that guests be careful as I take pride in the cleanliness of the B&B and damaged ,soiled bedding will be charged for. If guests would like to explore. A Bus service runs from outside the local pub to Bristol. From Bristol Airport the bus service runs further afield and id advise guests to look this up on the Internet for the most up to date information. I am always happy to advise guests of places to visit.
