Award winning beautiful, self contained one bedroom cottage. Set in in the picturesque village of Baxterley. Countryside views, tranquil setting. A logistically well situated cottage within easy distance to Birmingham, Solihull, Lichfield, Market Bosworth and much more. Countryside walks everywhere. Historic market town of Atherstone is a five minute drive with local amenities. Local pub is a 2 minute walk away with duck pond.
Owners on hand in adjoining property should there be any issues.
Beautiful local country pub within a two minute walk. Nearby Baddesley Ensor has small shops and takeaways. Only a 10 minute drive to Atherstone with all the amenities of a local town. Good road links, Atherstone has a train station, lots of public footpaths.
