You will receive an email or txt with a unique key lock code. Hither is proud to support local businesses and local products so we have implemented a system to promote the Lake District by leaving little personal finishing touches in each room or property - we feel that going the extra mile ensures your vacation to be as stress free as possible. In each property there are simple step by step guides on how to use all appliances and controls. Who to contact if you need help with certain matters and again this will be kept personal so you will know the name of the maintenance person or housekeeper who you will speak to.
