The Cricketers has been sympathetically restored and renovated by the owners into a spacious and beautiful family 3 bedroom home. The house is conveniently located between the high street with a fantastic range of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and an independent cinema, and the Common with golf course and tennis club - all within a very short walk of the front door. In winter there is a wood burner with logs available on request, and an Everhot in the kitchen for cosy suppers.

The Cricketers House was a pub and Coaching Inn originally built in the late 1800s. In 1997 we bought it and transformed it into a well known restaurant called Coles. Now the entire property is a warm and welcoming family home. Now a days we spend most of our time in Mallorca with our rescue donkey Philip! My daughter Lily will be your host, she grew up in Marlborough and will be happy to help with any recommendations or queries. Kingsbury street is a great neighbourhood and, with Kingsbury Terrace is in an extremely pretty conservation area. The Terrace are all grade 2 listed houses. It’s definitely worth taking a walk along the cobbled footpath that runs along the front of them to admire their individual gardens and the views. Further up the hill is the common with the local golf course, the tennis club and Rugby Club. Below us is a 2 minute walk to the High Street with cafes, shops and restaurants.
