The Den is set between the two villages of Wolsingham and Frosterley with local amenities including Pubs, Restaurants, Cafes on offer, while there are multiple local walks to enjoy and many other activities. Located just off the A689, the venue has excellent links to Durham, Newcastle, Darlington and the local town of Bishop Auckland. A train line runs from Stanhope through to Bishop Auckland and stops at the local villages of Frosterley and Wolsingham, it is accessible from the local Caravan Park station just outside the main access to the estate.
Hi, I’m David your host. I live in Wolsingham and will meet, greet and show you around on your arrival. Living less than 10 minutes from the property means I can be hands on if required and ensure that you have no issues during your stay.
