Doolans Barn is a spacious and charming property featuring a walled courtyard garden and a south-facing suntrap terrace with picturesque countryside views. Inside, the barn boasts high-ceiling rooms and an open-plan stair hall. The woodwork throughout the property is crafted from our own estate timber. The newly built kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, complemented by central heating and a gas fire. The property includes two bright bedrooms—one double and one twin—along with a first-floor bathroom and an en-suite shower room for the double bedroom. Downstairs, the barn offers a utility room, a lounge, a sunny breakfast room, and a dining room. Additionally, there is spacious parking for two cars.
We are nearby should you have any questions but prefer to leave our visitors alone to enjoy their stay.
Doolans is situated in Constantine, nestled within 400 acres of privately owned countryside. The highly recommended Trengilly Wartha is just a 5-minute drive away, and Falmouth town with its stunning beaches is only a 10-minute drive. Nearby attractions include the Ferry Boat Inn, Trebah Garden, and Glendurgan Garden. The property is located 26 km from Lizard Lighthouse & Heritage Centre, 35 km from St Michael's Mount, and 41 km from Newquay Train Station. The nearest airport is Newquay Cornwall Airport, 47 km away.

Doolans is a wonderfully spacious two-bedroom house, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property features a cozy living room with a TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a utility area, a separate dining room, and a lovely south-facing courtyard. There are two generously sized bedrooms, one with an en-suite, as well as a family bathroom. Additionally, the private driveway provides parking for at least three cars.

This area is truly a paradise for families with dogs, offering endless opportunities to explore and enjoy the outdoors together!
