Stunning boutique apartment in the heart and centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells. 1 minute walk to the shopping centre, (Royal Victoria Place), 10 minute walk to the train station and 15-20 minute walk to the historic Royal Pantiles. I first opened The Dragon Pad in March 2019 after 12 months of renovation. I supply breakfast which consists of Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cereals, bread, butter and various spreads. Please help yourself (it’s all included in the price). The apartment has everything you may need including a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fully fitted kitchen, ironing board/iron, hairdryer, travel cot, towels, shampoo and conditioner. If there’s anything I’ve missed please do let me know and I will do my absolute best to accommodate you. I have another apartment below called The Snap Pad which caters up to four people.
Hi, my names David and I was born and bred in Tunbridge Wells. I live only 10 minutes away from the apartment so I’m always on hand if guests need any assistance.
Tunbridge Wells is a beautiful spa town with dozens of lovely cafes, restaurants and independent boutique shops within walking distance. The train station is only a 10 minute walk. The apartment is located right in the heart of the town with access to the front door down a discreet passageway secured with a coded gate. The Royal Victoria Shopping Centre is a 1 min walk away and the 1200 space multi storey car park is directly behind the shopping centre. On the road where the apartment is located, there’s a lovely cafe opposite called The Black Dog.
