The Nairn Duplex is situated a few minutes walk from the fairways of Nairn Dunbar Golf Club in the Lochloy area of Nairn. The apartment is set over two floors and features a large south facing balcony which soaks up sunshine all day long. The first floor comprises a large open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms an en-suite shower room and a bathroom. A spiral staircase leads you to a wonderful 3rd bedroom and large family sitting area.

The Nairn Duplex is set in the Lochloy region of Nairn just a 5minute walk from the clubhouse of Nairn Dunbar Golf Club. A path skirting the golf club and sand dunes leads you to Nairn harbour on a coastal walk or you can take a more direct route along Lochloy Road to the town centre, harbour and Nairn Beach. In the other direction you will find Culbin Forest; a fantastic place for play and exploration. Getting around is easy. All the best bits of Nairn are easily reached on foot. Bikes are really easy too as it’s all very flat and a shared cycle path/pavement leads along Lochloy Road to the Town Centre. The main supermarket Sainsbury’s is a 5-minute drive away and if you prefer to take the car to the town centre or beach you will find plenty of parking facilities. There is a dedicated parking space right outside the apartment and a visitors carpark with another 10 spaces for additional vehicles.
