Double en suite bedroom with communal kitchen in the heart of Brighton & Hove with luxury bedding and en suite bathroom (shower only). Will suit both singles or couples either visiting Brighton or for business trips and comes with a computer desk and WiFi.
For your information I own and live at the rear of the property and the double en suite bedroom is at the front of the property with the kitchen dividing both rooms. The communial kitchen can sit four people or the table in the ensuite bedroom can sit two people.
Born and bred in the West Country with a close family and now reside in Brighton after enduring the London stint. Profession is computer graphics imagery and the last twenty years have involved working on TV projects like Doctor Who, Strictly Come Dancing, Body Farm, Psychoville and other industries such as 3D game development. Alongside graphics work I of course also manage the guest room here in my flat, which is very much welcomed allowing me to step away from the computer screen and be a host.
You're in the most sought after area being in the middle of Brunswick and Palmeira Square and within 5 minutes walk of four local festivals. Its the best part of the seafront being more local and directly in front of Hove lawns providing a more quite genteel side of Brighton seafront and only five minutes walk from Farm Road.
