The Ferns has been fully renovated and is a bright, airy apartment despite it's size. The open plan living area spans the full width of the front of the property and the bedroom spans the full width at the rear. There is a shared rear garden. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. There is a range of pots, pans, baking trays, utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware to cover most needs. LIVING AREA: The living area has a 32 inch tv equipped with a Roku stick sand in-built freeview. There are blankets to snuggle up in and a sideboard houses a few fun games you are welcome to play along with a bluetooth speaker. There's a fold down table and 2 stools where you can enjoy your own home cooked meals.. HEATING: The apartment is heated by gas central heating and via a Nest thermostat which is located in the lounge area along with fibre broadband. BEDROOM: The double bed is equipped with a foam top mattress and 600TC Egyptian Cotton bedding. Extra pillows are provided along with extra towels and thermal blackout curtains. The room has a hairdryer, bedside lamps and mood lighting. Along with a double wardrobe with hangers and drawers and a large 8ft x 4ft wall mirror. There's a reading nook, a foldaway desk, chair and some basic stationary if you need to do any last minute work. BATHROOM: The bathroom has an electric shower and ample shelving for your own toiletries. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided along with bath towels, hand towels and face cloths. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. PARKING: There is ample on-street parking available outside the apartment but if you prefer, parking is available at the bottom of the driveway next door. Well behaved pets permitted by request. Please bring your pet's own bedding, towels and bowls as none are provided. Please pick up any pet mess from the shared garden.
