The Firs is part of the Brathay Cottage Collection, a family run business that lets and manages, in our opinion, some of the best holiday properties in the Lake District. We always aim to provide, not only the perfect base for your holiday in the Lakes, but the perfect service and personal touch to ensure you make the most of your time in the Lake District.
The Firs is a recently renovated traditional Victorian Lakeland Residence, in the village of Bowness on Windermere. We are just a few hundred metres from both the centre of Bowness, and the Ferries at Lake Windermere.
Bowness has an abundance of restaurants, pubs and cocktail bars, and here at The Firs perfectly placed a short stroll from the hustle and bustle of the most vibrant Village in the Lake District.
This characterful Lakeland property sleeps 10 and is set over 3 floors with five beautiful and spacious bedrooms, four with ensuites, and one with family shower room. Three Kingsize beds, and two zip-and-link Superking/Twin beds, the Firs can offer a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit your group.
