Hi, we are the Dawson Family we took over The Fountaindale Guest-House in December 2019. We previously ran another Guesthouse successfully in Great Yarmouth for 6 Years and fancied moving further up the East coast and closer to home. We are originally from just outside Spalding,Lincs.

Property information

This property is home from home it has 7 rooms all modern in their decoration and all En-suite. It has a lovely seating area outside. We are a short walk to the sea front clock tower, and other amenities 'The railway station and bus station is close by. A friendly welcome awaits you here at The Fountaindale Guest-House.

Neighbourhood information

There is lots to do here in Skegness from the Pleasure Beach to the Aquarium,model village,town centre (for shopping),lots of eateries and a lovely beach.
