The Gallery is not your usual type of space but a stunning uniquely designed open plan annexe with vaulted ceilings, often described as akin to a New York style loft apartment. The Gallery is a modern distinctively styled apartment with a bright open living space with an arty relaxing feel. It provides a comfortable and cosy space be it as a summer break or winter retreat. The annexe is furnished to a superior standard throughout and offers a light and airy open plan vaulted living space with a cosy but well-equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with sumptuous mattress and luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen. The bedroom and bathroom also have arty modern feels. To the rear of the annexe and main house is an enclosed lawned garden and your personal patio, an ideal spot to breakfast al fresco and sit and unwind with a glass of your favourite tipple after your day visiting and exploring. In the summer open the bi-fold doors and bring the outside in … an absolute delight! The Gallery is ideal for couples but provides a very easy managed sofa bed to accommodate up to four guests, should this be required. Two further guests may be accommodated in a double bedroom with en suite within the main house, subject to availability. The Gallery is not suitable for young children as the space contains art and other pieces. Guest access - self-contained and completely private entrance (via key safe), through automated garage door to the front door of the entire annexe. The bi-fold opening doors, take you to your own outside patio and seating area, and the entire enclosed rear garden to the annexe and main house. Dedicated private driveway parking in front of the annexe entrance is provided for one vehicle.

Come and stay in the historic market town of Warwick with all it has to offer including Warwick Castle, recognised as the complete and best-preserved castle in the country just a short stroll away. The single storey private, self-contained double bedroom annexe is in a quiet highly desirable residential area; and yet, is perfectly located and central for exploring historic Warwick, nearby Leamington Spa, Stratford Upon Avon, the Cotswolds, and the Warwickshire countryside. The popular Bicester Designer Outlet Village is also only a convenient and relatively short drive away for the shopaholics. Other things to note - Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford upon Avon all have many excellent places to eat and booking your chosen restaurant even during the week is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
