All rooms are on one level being the ground floor of a grand Georgian villa on the outskirts of Charmouth in West Dorset with easy access to the Jurassic Coast and beach at Charmouth and nearby Lyme Regis.

The Garden Flat is part of Bellair House in Berne Lane just outside Charmouth, Dorset. Charmouth is a delightful unspoilt seaside village set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a fantastic beach world renowned for its fossils. Just two miles from Lyme Regis on the famous Jurassic Coast, Charmouth retains an old world charm, with traditional amenities such as pubs, cafés, post office, convenience stores, newsagents, gifts, holiday goods, pharmacy, hairdressers, and a baker. A favourite with families and those that want to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life, Charmouth provides a tranquil base from which to explore West Dorset and East Devon - a most beautiful part of the UK. The beach between Charmouth and Lyme Regis was the only UK entry in National Geographic's '21 Best Beaches In The World 2017', and can be reached in just three hours from London or Birmingham. In the other direction is Whitchurch Canonicorum, referred to as the capital of the Marshwood Vale. It is an attractive mix of farms and cottages and notably where you can find the very ancient church of St. Candida and the Holy Cross containing the remains of the 13th century Saint Wite.
